Canceling a False Alarm:
- Calling the Central Station is not usually needed. The
Central Station should call you within a minute or two. They will ask you if
emergency assistance is needed and your Central Station passcode will be
requested. You should reply with your 4 digit code, passcode or password if it
is just a false alarm.
- If you trigger a false alarm and miss the call from Central
Station, or do not receive one, please dial (800) 633-2677. They will ask you
for your receiver number, account number and Central Station passcode.
